Louisiana Gifts is a Louisiana owned company in Baton Rouge, LA that has been in business in excess of 5 years. Our mission is to provide first class customer service because we want you to be satisfied and tell all of your friends about us. We offer everything from Louisiana spices, coffee, corporate gifts, to the best home Louisiana food in the world. This company was started and continues to be run by Louisiana "Cajun” folks. We enjoy receiving emails from all over the country, even just to talk about everything from Mardi Gras to Crawfish Boils. Return and Exchange Policy
Our mission is to offer first class customer service on all transactions. Due to the nature of the products we ship, All Sales are final. (NO Returns or Exchanges). If we have made an error, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return request (item was damaged, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free (Continental US only) unless otherwise noted on product pages. We ship all orders by UPS ground with the exception of perishable items. We only ship within the US. We do not ship to PO boxes. It must be a street address. We do not ship to international or APO addresses at this time. All orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Certain rural locations will incur an additional cost on shipping perishables. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping.
A Note About Perishable Items
On all perishable orders, there will be two separate charges on your credit card. One charge will be by Chris's Specialty Meats for the perishable foods, and one charge will be by Louisiana Gifts, for the packaging, handling, and perishable shipping. Please note we cannot ship on Friday for delivery on Monday. Your order will ship from us frozen. Slight thawing is normal and should be expected during shipping. It is safe to refreeze when you receive your order. Please note that neither the shipping company nor Louisiana Gifts, Ltd. can accept responsibility for delays due to weather. Also the choice to leave the package at your door is at the driver's discretion. Please leave a note stating this is a perishable product and needs to be left.
